If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, complete our contact us form. Include your reason for dissatisfaction and your order number if purchased from sapadilla.com. We offer a credit equal to your purchase price or a merchandise voucher.

We accept return and refund requests up to 30 days after the product ships and up to 45 days for anything purchased in December.
